Urban Subdivision - Worrigee NSW

Our client proposed to subdivide the majority of their R2 zoned land into 154 large residential lots, ranging from around 0.25 ha to 1.44 ha.

The site is a former golf course and contains areas below mean sea level.

The site is affected by complex flood behaviour from the longer duration Lower Shoalhaven River, as well as shorter duration local catchment flooding (Rotten Creek).

Rienco was engaged to carry out a complete Integrated Water Cycle Management Study, comprising a detailed 2D flood study and the preparation of concept WSUD measures.
